I couldn’t rate any higher for the lovely people at Belife, I went in as I felt very stiff and sore after a couple of long flights, the lady found some pretty bad sore spots 😅 and diligently worked each one out, in fairness she kept checking if I was ok, as they were so tight.
She did an amazing job and I truely felt like a million dollars the next day, my range of movement was so much better and I have had sciatic pain free sleep for the past few nights!
I will definitely be booking in again soon.

I should also mention the place was very clean, peaceful and relaxing, the staff were very respectful and friendly.
Hard to believe you had just stepped in from a shopping centre.

I booked in as the online bookings were so easy with plenty of availability.
Everything was 100% well done and highly recommended to visit.
